Payment:

2 days rental on signing the contract, transfer of the balance before rental start date


Additional costs:

• Final cleaning and bed linen € 55,00
• Only the tourist tax  (payable directly to the Lindau Tourism Association) 
• Otherwise no extra additional costs (heating, water, electricity included)
• No deposit


Cancellation:

Cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before rental start date, whereby the following fees apply:

• up to 8 weeks before rental start date:    2 days rental fee
• up to 4 weeks before rental start date:    50 % of the total rental fees

By providing a replacement  tenant of equal value, no cancellation fees are applicable.


Handover of the keys:

This takes place on arrival, or by previous arrangement.

In the apartment we accept only non-smokers and no pets.
